Director of Programs: Salary  Range: $60,000 to $65,000 Fulltime
The Director of Programs is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of all Enlace de Familias programs. This individual ensures programs are aligned with organizational goals, evidence-based, and delivered to the highest quality. The Director will oversee budgets, program performance, staff development, and reporting while maintaining a strong connection to the community and its needs. Program Manager (CVI): $29.00 to $32 per hour (30 hours per week) The Program Manager will lead and manage Enlace de Familias’ newly established Community Violence Intervention (CVI) Program. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to recruit, train, and supervise community-based conflict resolution specialists who will serve proven-risk priority populations impacted by gun violence and other forms of community violence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in violence intervention, community engagement, and program management. This position is integral to enhancing the organization’s capacity to address community violence and build a safer and more resilient Holyoke.
